Yellow Birch Consulting was founded by Shane Pinkham, a business and technology consultant who started his career working with medium to large-sized organizations across a wide range of industries. Throughout his career, Shane has developed a deep understanding of how the right systems, strategy, and technology can transform a business.

Shane felt called to bring his experience and passion to a place that often gets overlooked: local small businesses.

Growing up in Western Massachusetts, Shane has always admired the resilience, creativity, and community impact of small businesses in the area. He saw firsthand how many owners are stretched thin—wearing multiple hats, juggling day-to-day operations, and trying to keep up with new technology, systems, and changing customer expectations. He also saw that many didn’t have access to the same strategic guidance that larger organizations rely on.
